Purpose of Processing

We process data to create accounts, check serviceability, schedule pickups, route orders to vendors and delivery partners, provide order updates, process payments/refunds, respond to support requests, improve service quality, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Consent and Withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent by contacting customer care or the grievance officer. Withdrawal may limit features that require the data, such as pickup scheduling, delivery coordination, and support resolution.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for active services, legal records, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and operational audit requirements. Account deletion or erasure requests are reviewed against these lawful retention needs.

Data Processors and Service Providers

We may share necessary data with assigned vendors, delivery partners, payment processors, notification providers, hosting/logging providers, support tools, and authorities when required by law. They receive only the data needed for their role.
