By using LaundryConnect, customers, vendors, and delivery partners agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate account, pickup, delivery, and service information.

Laundry services are fulfilled by participating vendors. Pricing, timelines, garment handling, and service availability may vary by vendor, location, order size, and selected service. Final pricing is confirmed before processing.

Users are responsible for reviewing order details before confirmation. Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate service, pricing, tax, and business information.

LaundryConnect may suspend accounts, restrict access, or cancel orders when platform misuse, fraud, safety risk, or policy violations are detected.

Consumer Grievance Mechanism

If customer care does not resolve your concern, you may contact the grievance officer. We target acknowledgement within 48 hours and resolution target within 30 days.
